It’s the most supported way to sell without a traditional listing agent.Everything in Pro, plus:

$3,995 flat fee at closing — only if your home sells. Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade from Essentials to Pro, or from Pro to Elite, at any time — including after your listing is already live or after you’ve received an offer. There are no upgrade fees. If your situation changes or you decide you want more support mid-sale, simply select the higher plan from your seller portal.
Downgrading plans is not available. Choose the plan that fits your immediate needs — you can always add more support by upgrading later, but you cannot move to a lower tier once a plan is active.
How to activate your plan
Once your listing preview is ready and you’ve decided on a plan, activation is straightforward:
Review and approve your preview
Confirm your listing preview looks exactly the way you want it. This is your last chance to request changes before submission.
Select your plan
Click Choose [plan name] in your preview portal. You’re not charged anything at this point.
Broker submits to the MLS
Your licensed broker submits your listing to the MLS for final compliance review. This typically takes a few hours.
Your listing goes live
Your home appears on the MLS and begins syndicating to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homes.com, and 100+ sites — usually within 24 hours of your plan selection.
