How it works

Enter your property address

Go to fortifylistings.com and click See my listing preview, then enter your property address. No email address or account is needed at this stage — just your address gets things started.

A licensed broker prepares your preview

Fortify begins preparing your listing preview right away. A licensed broker reviews your property details and fills in the MLS-relevant fields — the same fields a traditional listing agent would complete — so your listing is accurate and compliant from day one.

Review your preview

You receive a link to your preview, typically within a few hours. Open it and review how your home will appear on the MLS and on sites like Zillow and Realtor.com. Note anything you’d like to adjust — price, description, photo order, or any MLS field.

Choose a plan to activate

Once you’re satisfied with your preview, choose a plan to activate your listing. Your listing is then submitted to the MLS and goes live within approximately 24 hours.
No information is submitted to the MLS until you choose a plan and give your approval. Your preview is completely free and non-binding — you can walk away at any point before selecting a plan.

What information you’ll need

You don’t need everything in hand to get started, but having the following ready will help your broker prepare the most accurate preview possible:
  • Property address — required to begin
  • Basic property details — number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage
  • Asking price — your target list price
  • Known disclosures — any material facts about the property you’re required to disclose
  • Listing photos — uploaded after you select a plan; having them ready in advance means your listing launches complete on day one
